The Founder's Journey
Hi, I'm the founder of ClearPath™. I'm choosing to remain anonymous for now, not because I'm hiding, but because I'm currently navigating the family court process. When children are involved, privacy matters and protecting their emotional safety is my top priority.
ClearPath™ was born during one of the hardest seasons of my life
The end of a 10+ year relationship that became deeply volatile, emotionally overwhelming, and legally complex. I was suddenly thrown into custody battles, false accusations, endless communication breakdowns all while trying to protect my children and keep moving forward.
There were no tools that actually helped. Nothing that supported parents like me through the mental, emotional, and legal stress of high-conflict co-parenting.
So I built one.
Not as a business. Not for investors. I built ClearPath™ because I needed it. And I knew others did too.
Why I Designed ClearPath™ This Way
Custody Calendar
I needed to visually understand the custody schedule not just by dates, but by real-world changeovers and routines. So I built a colour-coded calendar that supports full-day and split-day custody with location-aware handover tracking.
Secure Messaging with DV Filtering
Text messages had become a battleground. Every word could be used against me. ClearPath™ includes AI-powered domestic violence filtering, coercion detection, and emotionally-aware suggestions for de-escalation.
Shared Expense Tracker
Financial arguments were constant. Who paid? Who owed what? Now, ClearPath™ offers one-tap receipt uploads, fair reimbursement requests, and court-ready expense exports.
Kids' Info Hub
I wanted to stop chasing basic information school contacts, allergies, even clothing sizes. So I added a shared space where both parents can access everything in one safe place.
Court-Ready Exports
Family court is built on evidence. Screenshots weren't enough. I needed proper documentation. ClearPath™ offers professionally formatted PDFs with timestamped and legally sound records.
